Refund Policy
All Custom/Personalized orders cannot be exchanged or returned. If there is an issue with your product, please email me with your order number and pictures of the issue to thelephantelement1@gmail.com. Email is the best way to make sure I am notified of your concern. I will work with you to resolve the issue but no guarantee of exchange/return.
Shipping Policy
Our current TAT is 7-10 business days, not including weekends or holidays. I work really hard to get your orders out next day however that will depend on order volume at the time your order is placed. Orders are primarily shipped through USPS or UPS. Delivery estimations are generated through the carrier, not us. Elephant Element is not responsible for shipping delays as that is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your order is returned to us due to an insufficient address, your order will be refunded and a restocking fee of 10% will be charged. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Currently only shipping to the United States.
Choking Hazard
Never leave infants /small children unattended with these products as they may present as choking hazards if chewed on. No product is completely indestructible, and fully formed teeth could potentially damage product if chewed aggressively, so responsible attentiveness is needed for any user or purchaser. Buyer should always inspect and monitor their products, discontinuing use at the first sight of damage. The buyer assumes any and all responsibility and liability for the use of the products.
